Constrait has the ability to project ‘Ki Energy,’ as she calls it, through her hands in a (typically non-lethal) blunt force attack attack. Her powers come from her ‘physical perfection’ allowing to project her ‘inner ki’ outward as offensive capabilities. She commonly uses this mastery to have a repulsion field around her. Her intense physical fitness allows her to accomplish great acrobatic feats, and also move at supersonic speeds.
Constrait was raised in a monastery of monks in a different time and dimension. Constrait learned under these monks for her a significant part of her life, dedicated to the perfection of the physical body and the relationship to the spirit and the mind, until she felt she could learn more on her own. At on point in her travels, she discovered a portal that brought her to this world. Upon her arrival, she decided to acquire a hero's license in order to aid the people of this world as best she can.
